Mission Statement
A full Gospel family church dedicated to making the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the church of God relevant to the community again.
Letter from the Pastors
As the Pastors of New Seasons Worship Center, my wife Joanne and I would like to welcome you. We are assured that the Holy Spirit will bless you as you join us in praising and worshipping our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
We are here at NSWC to serve you in any way possible. We have many areas of ministry to offer, that will bless all the members of your family. If you are presently attending a church that teaches the uncompromised Word of God, we encourage you to remain a member there. However, if you are looking for a church home, we cordially invite you to come back again, and seek God about becoming a part of our Fellowship.
If you have any questions about the church or concerns please don't hesitate to contact us, and again, thank you for visiting today.
Rev. David and Joanne Lima
Pastors of NSWC
Our Vision at NSWC
- To see the house of God established again as a landmark in the community. (Isaiah 2:2, 56:7)
- Where lives are restored, marriages healed, and children are taught about our Heavenly Father. (Luke 4:18)
- A place where ministry is meaningful, and the works of the Lord are a joy. (Luke 10:17, Romans 12:9-18)
- Where integrity matters and genuine love is evident. (Titus 2:7-8)
- Above all, a place that raises up the banner of Jesus Christ. (Isaiah 11:10-11)
- Where the Holy Spirit is powerful and alive, and the glory of the Lord fills the Temple. (1 Thessalonians 5:19, 2 Chronicles. 7:1-4)
- Where the spirit of the law is lived, but not compromised. (1 Corinthians 5:9-10, 2 Corinthians 3:4-6
The Commission of NSWC
Acts 14:14-18 - But when Barnabas and Paul heard what was happening, they tore their clothing in dismay and ran out among the people, shouting, "Friends, why are you doing this? We are merely human beings like yourselves! We have come to bring you the Good News that you should turn from these worthless things to the living God, who made heaven and earth, the sea, and everything in them. In earlier days he permitted all the nations to go their own ways, but he never left himself without a witness. There were always his reminders, such as sending you rain and good crops and giving you food and joyful hearts." (NLT)
- We are committed to professing Jesus, "I am the way, the truth and the life: and no one comes to the Father, but through me." (John 14:46)
- We are committed to the new commandment of Jesus, "Love one another as I have loved you." (John 13:34)
- We are committed to the proclaiming of the Kingdom of God to heal the sick, and to have authority over all devils. (Luke 9:1-2)
Our Profession of Faith
- We believe that the Word of God is inspired by God and is true and without error. (2 Timothy 3:16)
- We believe in the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit, as one God. (Matthew 28:19, 2 Corinthians 13:14, Ephesians 4:4-6)
- We believe man was created by God in His image and we come under judgment by one man and we obtained justification of life through the righteousness of Jesus Christ. (Genesis 1:26, Romans 5:18)
- We believe Jesus Christ to be Savior of mankind that He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, and was born of a virgin. (Luke 1:26-35)
- We believe Jesus Christ died for our sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day and sits at the right hand of the Father. (Mark 16:19)
- We believe that man is saved from sins by grace through faith in the works of the cross at Calvary. (Ephesians 2:8, 16)
- We believe the baptism of the Holy Spirit to be a definite experience after justification and is evidenced by speaking with other tongues. (Acts 2:1-4, 8:14-17, 10:44-46)
- We believe in the nine gifts of the Spirit and the five-fold ministries and that they are as evident today as in the early church. (1 Corinthians 12:4:11, Ephesians 4:11)
- We believe in the second coming of Jesus Christ and the resurrection of the saints, both the living and the dead. (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18)
- We believe in a spirit filled life for the Christian and a life of separation from the worlds standards. (2 Corinthians 6:14-18)
- We believe in God's divine power to heal the body. (Mark 16:15-18, Acts 3:7, 5:16)
- We believe in the gifts of divine wisdom and knowledge given to man. (Colossians 2:3, James 1:5)
- We believe in keeping the ordinances of the Lord, such as: Communion and Baptism. (Romans 6:3-4, 2 Corinthians 11:23-26, Acts 2:38)
- We believe in eternal life for the believer and eternal punishment for the unbeliever. (1 John 5:11-13, 2 Thessalonians 1:8-9, Revelations 20:10-15)
- We believe in the reality and personality of Satan. (Job 1:7, 2 Corinthians 11:14)
- We believe in the restoration of all things spoken by the prophets, before Jesus comes. (Acts 3:21)
